Living, working and leisure at Van Raderstraat blends in perfectly with the rest of the developments in the district of Scharloo Abou. This building is a good example of how a multi-functional concept can pan out. It's took some time and effort, but it has grown into a creative hub and vibrant meeting place for young entrepreneurs, locals and tourists.

When we acquired and renovated this building, the top floor was turned into a number of apartments. All with the entrance on the side of the private square and each with views over the park. Young entrepreneurs, creatives, digital nomads are the ones living here.

On ground floor there are 2 units, suitable for offices, shops or other concepts. We were excited when one of the most popular barbershops on the island Bar.ber decided to move from Pietermaai to Scharloo Abou and open shop.

About the same time, on the other side a new concept emerged: De Broeders Willemstad, they serve up great street style food and the interior of the restaurant, with graffiti everywhere, matches nicely with rest of the art in the district.The private inside garden is part of the restaurant and sometimes it's also used for private events and parties.
