Bajonetstraat 18-20

In the Bajonetstraat one of our rented residential properties is located. The area is known as the "steegjesbuurt", a vibrant residential area in the middle of the city, the buildings are connected through small alley's. It has an authentic local feel to it and every weekend you are around the corner of the fun vibe of Willemstad. It is very close to the cruise terminal and the hospital as well as touristic hotspots.

The entire building has been rented out to Stichting Leven in Otrobanda. They rent out living and working space to people who love Otrobanda, for both short-term, mid-term and long-term stays. They rent it out to people working in the neighborhood, students, interns and also airbnb. It has been turned into a lively and cozy living corner in the neighborhood.

The monument is a two-story building in the heart of Otrobanda and houses 6 apartments and 2 units that are used as offices. On the ground floor, each apartment has one bedroom. On the first floor, the apartments have two bedrooms. The large shared garden is a great plus, as many of the buildings in the center don't have their own gardens.
